For payments made on the web (not on iOS):
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Most major credit, debit and bank-issued gift/prepaid cards are supported (see Stripe Support for detailed information).

All payments are securely processed - we use HTTPS across all of LiveFlight, meaning every connection is encrypted. In addition, LiveFlight never sees your personal credit card info (we handle a code that represents your card that cannot be deciphered - contact us if you want more info).

Every new subscription gets a free trial, for 3 days (no commitment required - cancel at anytime).

Subscriptions auto-renew by default. This means you will be billed automatically, unless you cancel via the Account page (tap the icon in the top-right corner, followed by “Disable Auto-Renew”).

As per our terms, we cannot offer refunds.
That being said, if you are ever unhappy with LiveFlight, contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
For payments made in the iOS app:
Payments are handled by Apple.

All accepted forms of payment supported by Apple work with LiveFlight - see this Apple support guide for more info.

No sensitive financial information is ever sent to LiveFlight - we receive a receipt with limited encrypted data which we verify with Apple to make sure the payment was successful. Contact us if you want more info.

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app do NOT come with a 3 day trial. That being said, don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s anything we can do to make your experience on LiveFlight better!.

Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. They last for the period of time specified in-app (either one month or one year).
Note: Subscriptions purchased on iOS can be used on the web, and vica-versa. In short - you can use your Horizon subscription on every device!
